"Ricky Sanchez State Farm was quick to send out quotes, and Esmeralda was very knowledgeable in explaining different ways to save without compromising coverage. She paid great attention to detail and responded in a timely manner, even though I’m sure she has many responsibilities. The only challenge was that it was a bit difficult to hear her due to the noise level in the background. Improving that aspect could really enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, excellent service—5 stars."
